Shipping, Warranty & Payment Information

Shipping and Handling We ship UPS or US Mail. All shipments are sent ground/standard shipping unless otherwise stated. Most parts ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.Shipping and handling costs are based on materials used and the actual cost of delivery. Returns and Warranty All parts come with a 6-month replacement warranty due to failure or a defective part. We do not warranty parts that have been damaged or failed due to customer negligence or mishandling. We do not accept returns for items that are puchased but are not needed due to mis-diagnosis or simply not needed. We provide as much information as possible about the item. It is up to the customer to make sure the item will work for them before purchasing. Refunds are only given when an exchange is not available. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All items shipped within the state of California must include 7.75% sales tax.
